Keeneland Park Racetrack Lightning Protection System for Temporary Structures

When Keeneland Park Racetrack hosted the 2022 Breeder’s Cup Races there was much to do. Horseracing’s biggest couple of days draws a large international crowd and brings in the top horses from around the world. Tents, stands, and other temporary structures were needed to accommodate the influx of people and multi-million dollar racehorses.

Management at the renowned venue called on our professional team to install much-needed lightning protection for a large number of temporary structures used for the major event.

We were able to install the system and ensure it operated flawlessly for the entirety of the star-studded affair allowing Keeneland and the world-class racing to shine on their biggest weekend of the year.
